OFFICIAL RULES
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Firearms will be distributed through Johnson Enterprises.
• There will be only 1,000 tickets printed for this raffle.
• Raffle tickets are $52 each. Each raffle entry constitutes an equal chance to win. Tickets sales are final and non-refundable.
• Cash and Personal Checks are accepted for the sale of raffle tickets. Dishonored checks are subject to additional fees and disqualification from the raffle.
• Ticket stub must be filled out in its entirety. Winner will be notified within 24 hours.
• Random drawing will be held weekly on the first week after ticket 1000 is sold. Winners will be posted on the Kenny Bostic Memorial Athletic Fund Facebook page.
• The winning ticket each week will be saved and re-entered for the week 52 Grand Prize Barrett .50 Caliber Gun.
• Winners need not be present to win.
• The winning ticket for each prize week receives the firearm printed on the calendar for that week.
• KBMYAF/Johnson Enterprises reserves the right to modify any raffle prize if needed based on manufacturers available inventory.
• All raffle prizes must be claimed within 15 days (unless arrangements are made with Art Johnson at Johnson Enterprises).
• All firearm regulations must be met before you can receive the firearm that was won.
• If winner is unable to pass FFL Requirements, the prize will be forfeited with no refund of any kind to the ticket holder. The gun will then go back into the drawing.
• All prize winners are responsible for any fees (background check, shipping, FFL Transfer, taxes etc.)
• Prizes are non transferable and there is no prize substitution.
• KBMYAF makes no warranties regarding suitability of purpose for any firearm.
